3. How do we process your information? We only contact you regarding your purchase and fulfilling your processed order .
4. In what situation do we share your information? We provide the courier service with your contact number , name and address only . The above is so simply to fulfil the order to be shipped to your given address.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery to all areas around South Africa
2. Outlying areas may have an extra 15% charge
3. Courier service delivers directly to your doorstep
4. A flat R150 fee is charged for orders less than 5Kg and an extra 15% is charged with each extra KG.
5. Expedited orders will have an extra R150 charged and delivered within 48hours upon ordering.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. If you are not satisfied with the product and it hasn’t been worn (only fitted) then you will be refunded or an exchange of size will be arranged or organised.
2. If not entirely satisfied and would want a refund , it will be processed in 48-72 hours and we will organise for a courier to collect the order from your doorstep .
3. Items purchased on www.praymerchclothing.ecwid.com within 7days are eligible for refunds provided that the reason is also stated.
4. Worn clothes , washed clothes or altered clothes will not be eligible for a refund or return.
